Ford~Lincoln~Mercury

Welcome graphic

Hello, my name is Emily Ramirez, and I am here to tell you first hand, of my horrific experience with the Ford Motor Company. I actually own a Mercury, which unfortunately is a Ford product. I purchased this 2005 Mercury Mariner brand new in July of 2006. That is when my nightmare began. Anaheim Lincoln Mercury is where I purchased this car from was shut down in December of 2006. They failed to submit paperwork pertaining to the sale of the vehicle to their own corporate headquarters. This left me with a warranty start date of 00/00/0000. We all know that is not a valid date. Not Ford they asked me "What is wrong with that?" Well I simply got transferred until they just hung up leaving me with a dial tone. I finally got the DMV new motor vehicle board involved, Jackie Grassinger was great. She did manage to get my car inspected, this is when I figured out who from the Orange County area is hndling this case, her name is Susan Allua, and she, is definitly a certified Ford representative. She does not want to speak with customer, I guess she feels she is better than all of us. I will be posting this number for her direct line and anyone that needs Ford to even consider a buyback on their vehicle she is the one that handles that. WATCH YOUR BACK, she is liar....but not a very smart one. Unlike the other representaives, Susan puts her lies in writing for the world to see. The warranty start date of my vehicle was finally entered in May 2007. However it was backdated to day I purchased it. In order to get a reimbursement of the all repairs that should have been covered under my new car warranty and the road side assistance ($8000.00)....I am going to have to retain an attorney. Thats another story.
